A F & B Start-up competition hosted by Ngee Ann Polytechnic, whereby the selected winner will have the opportunity to realize it on the campus with a 2 years lease.

Concept:

Through Entree, we were hoping to offer a homey experience through warm, flavourful Asian soups and wraps, which are fast and convenient. During our time in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, we realized that there are not many warm soup related menus. Other than your usual Ban Mian, Korean and Japanese cuisine, there weren't any other soup options.

○ To create pre-order bots on telegram in order to help customers and our staff make better use of time. During lunch time

○ To offer a student creators platform. By creators, we mean Ngee Ann students who are aspiring entrepreneurs. Many of these newly started entrepreneurs do not have much exposure, publicity and followers, hence it is difficult for them to earn their customers' trust and gain profit through their business. Thus in order to aid our fellow schoolmates in their start-up, we want to create a co-dependent system with our creators. This will results in them depending on us to showcase their products, in which means that the traffic flow has to be good. This then creates a natural motivation for creators to promote our store. It is a win-win as we depend on them for publicity and they depend on us for exposure.

○ We have purposely crafted the ordering experience to ensure that it is seamless, as shown in the video below. In addition, adding an enlarged menu will allow passers-by to view comfortably. This is so that customers will not feel the pressure to order when standing in front of the cashier, especially so when they only want to read the menu and have not decided whether they would want to buy or not.
